Our New Home

Solid Rock Apostolic Church - Coming to Greenville, OH

A Place That Gathered People
Is About to Again

For nearly 50 years, this building was where Greenville showed up — for league nights, birthday parties, and Friday evenings with friends. We’re moving in because we believe that spirit is worth honoring.

Why we’re making this move

Solid Rock Apostolic Church has called Bradford home for years, and we carry real love and gratitude for that community. But we’ve been watching Greenville — listening to its people, learning its story — and we believe God is calling us here.

This isn’t about finding a bigger building. It’s about planting ourselves in a place where we can do more good. Greenville is a city full of people who work hard, raise families, and look out for one another. We want to be a part of that.

We don't want to be a church that Greenville happens to have. We want to be a church Greenville is glad to have.

Why this building matters

For nearly five decades, this building was a genuine community gathering place. Generations of Darke County families gathered here, celebrated here, and belonged here. When it closed, something real was lost — not just a business, but a place to be together.

We see that history as something to honor, not erase. We’re stepping into a space that already knows how to hold a community, and we intend to keep doing exactly that — just with a different kind of purpose.

How we’ll serve Greenville

Everything we do flows from three commitments:

Ministry

Sunday worship, life groups, and pastoral care — a church that shows up for people in every season of life.

Outreach

Partnering with local neighbors and organizations to meet real, tangible needs right here in Greenville.

Generosity

Giving freely of our time, resources, and space — because the best thing we can do is give ourselves away.

You're welcome here

Whether you're curious, searching, or just want to see what's happening inside the old bowling alley — the doors are open. Come as you are. Greenville, we're glad to be your neighbors.

Help Us Build Something
Worth Showing Up For

Transforming a beloved community space into a place of ministry, healing, and generosity takes real resources. You can be a part of making it happen.

Moving into a building this size is no small undertaking. Beyond the physical work of renovation and setup, we’re building out the infrastructure to run a food pantry, host youth programming, operate our recovery ministry, and open our doors wide to Greenville week after week.

Every gift — large or small — goes directly toward making this space ready and keeping these ministries running strong. This is a community effort, and we believe that when people give together toward something good, God multiplies it.

You don't have to be a member of Solid Rock to invest in what we're doing. If you love Greenville, we're on the same team.
